If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize Velérique or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription orders according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.
Subscription renewal orders are processed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Customers are responsible for managing, updating, or cancelling subscriptions through their account portal or any subscription management link provided.
Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, entered fulfillment, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
